Come alone or as a group! You won't feel alone working out ever again,  our events includes classing together followed by a social! Get fit and meet like minded people! 

We have chosen Metabolic London for the workout, also known as 'the home of Puma training' and one of the top studios that will encourage you to push yourself. Their signature Metabolic class Metabolic is designed to incorporate a combination of HIIT and strength exercises. These are the two most effective routes to body composition change (fat burn) - put them together and you have a tough but rewarding session that will get results fast. 

We will then head to lunch after after to fuel up with plenty of options (see menu below) at Music and Beans, a healthy cafe in Camden! We've got our own private area for the social! Don't forget your goodie bag before you leave too!

Lunch Options 

  1. Music Breakfast- Sausage (Dingley Dell or Merguez), streaky bacon, our homemade beans, eggs*, infused mushrooms, avocado, salad served with dusty knuckle sourdough  

  2. Beans Breakfast (Veg or Vegan)- Roti (feta/or potato), eggs* & halloumi / or aubergine & hummus, smashed avocado, infused mushroom, our homemade beans served with dusty knuckle sourdough  

  3. Shakshuka (V)- Slow-cooked tomato and peppers with egg and yoghurt, chilli oil & herb mix, served with dusty knuckle sourdough  

  4. Crushed Avocado on sourdough- With feta and poached eggs  

  5. Breakfast Pitta  Aubergine sabiche - roasted aubergine, egg salad, tahini dressing with Streaky bacon OR Grilled haloumi  

  6. Crispy Roti- Filled toasted filo pastry with - Feta and herb / potato and herb filling with poached eggs, yoghurt, chilli oil and sumac salad - Tahini, banana and cinnamon sugar with clotted cream (or coconut yoghurt) and date syrup and our homemade fruit compote 

  7. Braised Lemon Chicken- On hummus served with grilled pitta plus a salad 

  8. Veggie Lasagne with a salad 

  9. Burger with chips (Choose one of the options below): 
    (I) Smoked Chicken- Sundried tomatoes & mustard  
    (ii) Pulled Lamb-  With rocket, cumin onions, feta, pesto & walnut dukkah  
    (iii) Salmon- Pomegranate glazed salmon with gem lettuce Halloumi 8 Halloumi, mushroom, aubergine & hummus  
    (iv) Steak- Sirloin, cumin onions, hummus & red pepper  
    (v) Dirty Vegan- Meat free patty, hummus, roasted red pepper, onions, tomato rocket & vegan mayo 

The sessions will be as follows:

1:20PM -1.50PM- Shower / Refresh / Walk to Music & Beans
2PM- Lunch at Music & Beans
