Our events are suitable for all abilities!
We get attendees who are complete beginners to exercise and group classes, to attendees who are fitness fanatics.
If you are a completely new to working out or group classes, not to worry! The instructor can come and help you modify the exercise.
Anybody! Anyone who's interested in staying active, trying new experiences or making a new friend!
Come in your workout gear and bring a change of clothes to change into for the social event! Also bring water to hydrate during class.
We often schedule time for you to get ready after a sweaty class to shower and refresh, unless stated otherwise (such as a yoga or pilates class).
Yes! All the fitness studios we choose provides towels, shampoo and hair dryer. (Unless stated otherwise)

The booking fee charged is non-refundable. We can offer a refund on the ticket if attendees inform us 5 days before the event.
If attendees inform us 72 hours before the event, we are happy for them to use their ticket for a future event, provided it is the same value or they can pay the difference.
Cancellations within 24hours of the event will not be able to refund. However, you can transfer the ticket to a future event by paying a fee. The fee is to cover part of the cost that we are unable to recover as a result of last minute cancellation.
In the event we have to cancel or reschedule an event to comply with government rules and for your health & safety - you have the option to get a refund or transfer the ticket to a future event. Booking fees are non-refundable.
