These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Work Me Shape Me Limited, doing business as Work Me Shape Me Limited ("WMSM", “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the http://www.workmeshapeme..com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms of Use by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms of Use are posted.

The information provided on the Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

General Waiver

You acknowledge that any event with Work Me Shape Me involves you participating voluntarily in any and all activities arranged, and insofar as is legally permissible, you surrender your right to any cause of action against Work Me Shape Me and third party venues where the activities take place arising from any loss or damage to any person or property that occurs during a Work Me Shape Me event. 

Many health benefits are associated with regular exercise and healthy diet. However a small number of people should not participate in certain activities and should seek medical advice. In case of any doubt please consult a doctor before coming to an event. If you have any health issues including allergies please do let us know. 

Prices and Payment

1. When you make a Booking, you agree to pay the cost of the event, including any charges and taxes that may apply.

Cancellations/Refunds

1. Tickets are non-refundable. If attendees inform us 72 hours before the event, we can transfer your ticket to a future event, provided it is the same value or you have to pay the difference.

2. Cancellations within 24hours of the event can only be transferred to a future event by paying a £20 fee. The fee is to cover part of the cost that we are unable to recover as a result of last minute cancellation. 

3. In the event we have to cancel or reschedule an event to comply with government rules and for your health & safety - you have the option to get a refund or transfer the ticket to a future event. Booking fees are non-refundable.

5. No shows - If you do not show up, you will not be entitled to any refund. 
   
   

Liability

We will not accept liability for:

• Loss, injury, or damage (to you) or your personal property.
• Physical, medical or psychiatric conditions developing during or after your retreat.

Photo / Video Release – Use of Image

You hereby grant to Work Me Shape Me the absolute and irrevocable right, and unrestricted permissions to use photographic portraits/images/videos in which you feature that are taken during the event to use/republish/copyright, etc. for commercial use in association with Work Me Shape Me. You hereby release and discharge Work Me Shape Me from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs and video footage, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

Intellectual property rights

You are not allowed to monitor, copy, scrape/crawl, download, reproduce or otherwise use anything on our Platform for any commercial purpose without written permission by us. 

Photo / Video Release – Use of Image

Complaints/ Queries

1. If you have a query or complaint, please contact our team at hello@workmeshapeme.com. You can help us help you as quickly as possible - by providing:

   • Your Booking confirmation number, your contact details and the email address you used when you made your Booking

   • A summary of the issue, including how you’d like us to help you

   • Any supporting documents ( pictures, receipts, etc.)

2. All queries and complaints are recorded, and the most urgent ones are treated as highest priority.
