Enjoy a morning of yoga at Fly LDN before going to The Alchemist for brunch and chats. FLY LDN is London's multi-award winning immersive flow and low impact training studio. The studio chooses from beautifully crafted immersive flows set to soul-uplifting tunes and cinematic visuals to give you an immersive experience. This yoga class is suitable for those who have done yoga before. Ticket includes: - Class - Social Event - Goodie Bag Food is not include in your ticket so you have the choice to order what you wish. What to expect from the day
- 10:30am - 11am - Arrive at Fly LDN
- 11am - 11:45am - 45 min Yoga Class
- 11:45am - 12:15pm - Walk to The Alchemist (No shower time)
- 12:15pm - 1:45pm - Lunch & Social at The Alchemist

What's the difference between a 'meet-up' and 'exclusive' event?
We have two types of events, both involving moving, food and socialising of course!
‘Meet-Up’ - This is for groups of up to 12 people, so it is a more intimate experience where we get to know one another. People who have credits to the studio or Classpass are also welcome to this event!
'Xclusive’ - Our signature event. They are Xclusive events where we have private use of the fitness class. For groups of 18 to 35 people.
Where do we meet?
We will meet at Fly LDN.
Who is this for?
We get a mix bunch! Some people come alone, and some bring their friends or their other half. One thing is for sure - everyone is here for an afternoon of fun and connecting with new people.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely! We get many people coming alone to make new friends.
What fitness level is this for?
This is for all abilities. Whether you are new to working out or a fitness fanatic, this is for you.
COVID Policy
We advice attendees to be considerate during this uncertain time that if they are unwell, we kindly ask they do not attend the event. The booking fee charged is non-refundable. We can offer a refund on the ticket if attendees inform us 5 days before the event. If attendees inform us 72 hours before the event, we are happy for them to use their ticket for a future event, provided it is the same value or they can pay the difference. Cancellations within 24hours of the event will not be able to refund or transfer the ticket to a future event.
In the event we have to cancel or reschedule an event to comply with government rules and for your health & safety - you have the option to get a refund or transfer the ticket to a future event. Booking fees are non-refundable.
