Come join us for a day of fitness, food and community in London! We'll work up an appetite at Circuit Society (a new studio!) by trying a new high intensity interval training workout together. Then feast on culinary delights at Koko Cafe - a stylish new cafe & restaurant in the heart of Camden Town, London. There'll be opportunities to bond over shared interests, support one another's goals and immerse ourselves in the city together. Make your mark, step outside your comfort zone and discover new depths of friendship. An experience not to be missed! A fitness event that isn't intimidating
We are a friendly community who are here to have an afternoon of healthy exercise, food, making new friends, and most importantly HAVE FUN.
The work out is a high-intensity, low-impact class based on the principles of circuit training, each class is split into 6 separate training stations, 50% cardio, 50% strength. Burn up to 800 calories in 45 mins, with up to 80% less impact than typical HIIT workouts.

Koko Camden was designed by award-winning architects Duggan Morris Architects, known for creating innovative & experimental spaces. The design incorporates unexpected features like a bamboo ceiling, rattan furniture & teal accents to create a distinctive tropical vibe. Natural materials & plant life bring the outdoors in, infusing the space with greenery & warmth.
We welcome everyone! The workout is also suitable for all abilities.

What to bring?
Bring clothes to work out in and a change of clothes for the social after. You'll have time to shower and refresh before lunch. Do also bring your water bottle.
