Join us at FS8 for a all-in-one fitness with attitude experience! It’s a never-been-done-before offering that remixes the best elements of reformer Pilates, tone and yoga for a complete, full-body group training experience. You'll rotate around the room to get through all the different movements whilst following the screen. Then come join us at local hotspot The Greyhound Cafe for Thai food for our social. Get chatting to other like-minded people and make new friends :) Come alone or bring a friend - everyone is welcome and it is suitable for all abilities! Low impact excercise
Combining the Pilates reformer with mat work, dumbbells and activation bands, the weekly program of workouts includes a variety of exercises to enhance muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and recovery.
Easy to follow moves
Go through the movements without feeling lost as it will be clearly shown on the screens. You'll also be assisted by professional trainers to keep you through your paces.
